In this 12 week Beginner's Yoga Course you will have the opportunity to learn the basics: exploring gentle movement, breathing and relaxation techniques.

This is a mat based session, and there may be some getting up and down from the floor. If you find the idea of a gym or yoga studio overwhelming, this welcoming community class is perfect for you.

Bryony Morris is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, and graduated with an 18 month Yoga diploma with Yogacampus UK in March 2019. Bryony is the Founder of Body Mind Collective and her classes are community focused and not-for-profit, she is trauma informed and a Mental Health First Aider. Bryony delivers breath-led movement sessions, chair and adaptive yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra; she also delivers regular workshops and weekend retreats. There are sessions suitable for all levels, which aim to be inclusive and accessible.
