Tuesdays

5-weeks: 9 / 16 / 23 /30 January and 6 February (£30pp for the 5-week term)

6-weeks: 20 / 27 February and 5 / 12 / 19 / 29 March (£36pp for the 6-week term)

6-weeks: 9 / 16 / 23 / 30 April and 7 / 14 May (£36pp for the 6-week term)

7pm - 8pm: Active Yoga - suitable for all levels Beginner +

Asana / posture work will be the focus for an hour with a final relaxation before departure!

Venue: Limited off-street car-parking is available within the school grounds.
