Always wanted to try yoga but don’t know where to start?
This Adaptive Yoga for Beginners is suitable for those who have injuries, limitations, physical restrictions, or disabilities. Using chairs and props you will have the opportunity to learn the basics: exploring gentle movement, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Chairs, mats, and props will be provided, and you can remain seated for the whole practice if you wish. We have people attending with a range of health conditions including arthritis, chronic back pain, fibromyalgia and more. Bryony Morris is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, and graduated with an 18 month Yoga diploma with Yogacampus UK in March 2019. Bryony is the Founder of Body Mind Collective and her classes are community focused and not-for-profit, she is trauma informed and a Mental Health First Aider. Bryony delivers breath-led movement sessions, chair and adaptive yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra; she also delivers regular workshops and weekend retreats. There are sessions suitable for all levels, which aim to be inclusive and accessible.
