A playful yoga session designed for adults and children/young people to connect, move, and relax together. Classes include fun postures, breathing techniques, and moments of stillness to build both resilience and closeness. Gentle, grounding yoga classes with Leomi, a qualified Yoga Alliance teacher (RYT-200) with over 10 years’ experience.
My classes are beginner-friendly, calming, and designed to support physical and emotional wellbeing. I also offer accessible seated yoga, breathwork, and guided relaxation to help you feel centred, strong and supported.
Mats provided. Free parking.
