We usually start the class by centering ourselves and we close off with a couple of minutes of relaxation. The remaining time we will be focusing on strengthening and toning the body with postures with a great focus on alignment. With the correct alignment the body becomes more flexible and balanced and aches and pains will disappear.
Expect to breath, laugh and sweat in my classes.

Movement has always been a passion of mine, this love evolved from my study of dance. Yoga is a big part of my life now, since I moved to London in 2010 and I love the way the yoga community in Sheen has grown with lots of inspiring women and men. My own yoga practice has helped me to grow stronger, more flexible and more mindful, both on and off the mat.
I completed two 200 hour teacher training, and at the moment I am studing with some amazing international teachers at my advanced 500 hours training. I am deeply grateful for my loving and inspiring teachers.
In my classes I love to combine creative strengthening sequences and I hope with my enthousiastic approach I can inspire you to deepen your practice build your body and emotional strength to help you find your own balance in life. Come, sweat and play on the mat.
