I have been practicing yoga since I had my son in 1995. I completed a two year 200 hour Hatha yoga training with the Shanti yoga school in early 2014 and have taught a regular Monday evening class at Shelford Village Hall since 2013.
In 2016 I completed my advanced 500 hour yoga training with Californian teacher Jason Crandell at Triyoga London.
In 2017 I have added an extra beginners class to my schedule which is held on Tuesday evenings at the Burnside Memorial Hall.
I do regular CPD training. Last year I trained in London with Californian teacher Richard Rosen. In 2017 I will be undertaking further trainings with American teachers Anna Ashby and Alexandria Crowe.
I currently teach private public and corporate classes and do cover teaching in the Ruschcliffe area. I am fully insured and have first aid training.
I am particularly interested foundational yoga and making yoga accessible for all bodies. I am fascinated by how yoga practice facilitates self observation and can bring about feelings of wellbeing and provide a sense of stillness and calm in our often hectic world.
