I teach Pregnancy yoga classes in Wallingford on a Saturday morning 9am - 10:15am. The classes are a welcoming, friendly space for you to take time for yourself and your growing baby. We work on breathing techniques and yoga poses to assist you throughout your pregnancy and birth. The classes always finish with mindful meditation and relaxation time.
The classes are open to all women, no experience of yoga is necessary. It is a lovely opportunity to meet new friends and share time with other women experiencing a similar time in life. At the time of writing this, my little one has just turned 1, so I will love to share this special time with you all.

I am a fully trained (200 hour) yoga teacher and am working towards my 500 hour qualification with Shiva Rea. I have trained in hatha yoga, Prana Flow yoga, prenatal yoga, postnatal (mum and baby) yoga and baby massage. I have had the honour of studying with amazing teachers and aim to bring to my classes a sense of welcoming, openness, warmth and compassion.
