Prenatal Yoga is specially designed for pregnancy to support you through these precious months. It is a great way for you to stay active and keep your body strong and supple. Whilst Prenatal Yoga can help to relieve common minor ailments during pregnancy, techniques taught in class can also help to relieve pain during childbirth. The class will also focus on yogic breathing practices to support the labour and delivery process. During class you will have the opportunity to take the time necessary to nourish the whole self ~ mind, body, spirit; and connect deeply to the gift of life growing within; as well as connect with other women in the community.
NOTE: Prenatal Yoga is suitable for all mums-to-be after Week 14 of pregnancy. Check with your doctor and/or midwife before starting exercise.
