Mysore Style - Individual practice
Mysore Style is the traditional way to learn the Ashtanga practice. These classes are not "led" rather your teacher offers you one-to-one instruction according to your own specific needs and capability with in group class setting. This system originates in Mysore, India (hence the name) and all our Ashtanga teachers have practiced in this traditional way, bringing you an authentic Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga experience.
