Ashtanga Mysore Self practice
These sessions are taught one to one and are designed for people working towards regular self practice. The £60 fee covers you for morning sessions for up to two days a week for a month. Or you can pay £30 for one day a week for a month. If your interested, have a look at my website, and come along and have a go, or watch a session.
