Ashtanga Yoga is a flowing style of yoga Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga where the postures (asanas) are linked to the breath (vinyasa) which produces internal heat while detoxifying the body. It builds strength, flexibility, and stamina, while calming the mind and improving overall health.
This type of classe is ideal if you already practice yoga or fitness. Beginners are also always welcome, as there are multiple modifications available for each posture.
