As a professional dancer I have used yoga for over 12 years to increase flexibility and prevent injury. After completing the Himalayan Yoga Institute Teacher Training Course in India, I want to share what I have learnt and practised over the years to help others get the most out of their bodies.I tailor the style of the yoga class to your needs so you will feel the benefits straight away, helping to create longer leaner muscles.
I teach Ashtanga, pregnancy and post natal yoga.
