they take place every Tuesday in this luxury private studio. You will be delighted to relax with the underfloor heating.
Classes are suitable for all levels and cover all aspects of yoga, from physical poses, through to mind/emotional well being, relaxation & breathing.
if you are in need of a lift in life then why not try it out - its great for many common complaints - especially beating stress.
you are welcome to come for a trial session - NO COMMITMENT for just £10
classes are charged at £34 per 4 weeks - consecutive membership for as long as you wish to attend - Simple and affordable!
classes are capped for your comfort, to avoid overcrowding, and to ensure you have a place each week.
I have plenty of spare mats,, just bring a blanket - and off you go!

everybody benefits, being 1. 1/4 hour classes there is time to cover many aspects of yoga, so what ever the reason you come from aches and pains or needing to feel more in tune and relaxed you will find it in the Awaken with Yoga sessions
