This beginner friendly class is suitable for all levels! We will explore sun salutations, move with the breath and build strength and flexibility throughout the practice. Each class will include breathing techniques and meditation, leaving you refreshed and relaxed for the week ahead.

I'm passionate about yoga and sharing my knowledge and experience with others. I'm a firm believer that yoga is for everyone and that everyone can practice yoga. My classes are relaxed and welcoming and suitable for all levels.
I first practiced yoga 15 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child. I fell in love with with the breathing, the gentle movements and how it made me feel. Throughout my life I have had some stressful jobs and I've always found my way back to yoga as an excellent way of dealing with stress and finding balance in all aspects of my daily life. As a busy working mum, I know how tricky it is to fit exercise into your daily routine but all you need in yoga is your breath, your body and our mat! You can practice anytime and anywhere. I aim to provide my students with a kind, nurturing environment but still with structure and the understanding of proper, safe alignment.
My style is mainly Vinyasa/Hatha based but I adapt my teaching to suit the class and ensure that everyone is working to their own level and pace. I appreciate both the physical and mental benefits of yoga and love sharing these with my students. Pranayama and meditation play a key role in all of my classes and I particularly enjoy guiding my class through a relaxing savasana at the end of class.
