I began my practice of Iyengar Yoga in 1985 attending classes at the Edinburgh Iyengar Yoga Centre, in Aberdeen and Inverness. I am a Level 3 (Senior) teacher and member of the UK Iyengar Teachers Association (IYA UK). I was fortunate enough to study with the Iyengar family in Pune, India in 2005 and regularly attend workshops with senior Iyengar teachers from the UK and abroad.
