This class is suitable for all levels but beginners are most welcome to come and try. Mats provided. We work on building strength as well as flexibility and you will find your health improving all over too. We also practise breathing techniques and relaxation. It is a drop-in class and just pay as you go.

Louise is British Wheel Trained and taught for 20 years. First in London and now I’m the various locations across the Peak District and Staffordshire.
Louise teaches classes using asana for strength as well as flexibility and focuses on breathing techniques and mindfullness too.
