Yoga with Dearbhla
Dearbhla has been practising yoga for over 10 years and has been teaching hatha yoga since 2007 and pregnancy yoga since 2009.
Dearbhla also has a certificate in nutrition and an ITEC diploma in Holistic massage, which gives her more of an understand from the point of view of health and well being.
Classes are run throughout Cavan and Monaghan.
