About your teacher:
Alex is passionate about getting down to the basics of yoga and removing any sense of intimidation that can often come with starting a new class. She is an enthusiastic and down to earth teacher with a fun easygoing energy.
After these trial classes we will be running a beginners yoga course in the new year that we would love you to join!
