No previous yoga experience is required for this class. You will learn the foundations of yoga in a supportive, non-competitive environment, focusing on meditation, breathing techniques, poses and alignment. This class is designed to calm the mind whilst increasing strength, flexibility and energy levels and will provide you with the skills and confidence to try other classes on our timetable.

The Yoga House is a cosy yoga and pilates studio in the heart of Crossgates, our aim is to build a down to earth, supportive yoga community, where everyone feels at home. We offer a variety of classes, courses and workshops to help you move, breathe and relax. Our aim is to make yoga accessible for all; we have a range of beginners classes and courses for those starting out on their yoga journey, as well as children's yoga, men's yoga, fitness based yoga, gentle yoga, and yoga for living with cancer.
