A perfect class if yoga is completely new to you, or, you’d like to deepen your knowledge of yoga foundations. We will slowly break down the sun salutaions and many yoga foundation poses, focusing on correct alignment, breathing, and options with props.
Open to all levels.
Adults only.
Not recommended for anyone experiencing severe joint or back pain.
