An introduction to yoga with emphasis on correct alignment, cultivating core strength and using the breath as a basis for movement. You will be given a firm grounding in all the major postures (asana) including sun salutations, breathwork (pranayama) and beginner's meditation.

Hello, welcome to my page. I am a teacher and student of yoga, I have been practising yoga for 24yrs, teaching for 10yrs and it's an integral part of my life. I aspire to practice the principles of yoga both on and off my mat to give be flexibility and strength of body and mind and bring balance to my life. I truly believe that the more we affect change in ourselves, the more we can inspire others to reach for that too.
I teach hatha flow yoga with a focus on alignment and offer classes to adults, teens and children. in addition I offer Restorative yoga, Sound Healing and pregnancy yoga My training has been through Yogacampus in general level teaching, children's yoga, teen yoga, restorative yoga and sound healing . My main teacher is Rod Stryker and have also trained with Shiva Rea, Tias Little, Jo Manuel and Judith Hanson Laseter, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Anne Malone.
