I graduated from the Simon Low Yoga Academy in my 200 hrs yin/yang yoga teacher training. I have also advanced my studies with Julie Gudmasted on a Yoga Anatomy course. These teachers are amongst the best in the world . I specialise in the teaching of restorative yin yoga and in hot yoga and hatha yoga for beginners .
