I'm Hannah the founder of HM Creative Dance and Yoga. A professional dancer, choreographer, dance teacher and yoga instructor it is fair to say I have always had a love of movement and exploring how each of us can move in our own unique ways, experiencing the benefits it has to our physical and mental well-being.
HM Creative was established in 2021 to help people use movement as a way to bring joy to their lives. Our bodies are unique and how we treat them cannot only help us feel good but can also positively impact our lifestyle both mentally and physically at every age and stage in our lives. So I decided to become a certified Yoga teacher and gain my 200hour teacher training with the Himalaya Valley Yoga.
Here at HM Creative I understand that each of my clients are individual with their own personal needs and goals. This is why I offer a range of services from group exercise classes, small group training sessions, one to one private sessions, workshops and digital tutorials allowing you space to feel and grow in confidence.
