This class is suitable for all levels. Step out of the demands of modern-day stressful living and enjoy a beautiful sense of calm, as you slow down and open your body through passive stretching in our cosy candlelit studio. This class will involve holding 5-8 supine (lying down) poses, fully supported by props, for between 8-12 minutes. Focusing on activating your parasympathetic nervous system, responsible for resting and digesting, restoring easy breathing, lowering the heart rate and releasing tension in your body and mind. Prepare to be taken on a journey into a state of deep relaxation; you will leave this class feeling nourished, rested and recharged.

Our aim is to make yoga accessible for all; we have a range of beginners classes and courses for those starting out on their yoga journey, as well as children's yoga, men's yoga, fitness based yoga, gentle yoga, and yoga for living with cancer.
