This class will be a dynamic vinyasa flow yoga class with an emphasis on letting go of any stress and tension before the last 15mins dedicated to relaxation, breathing and meditation – to complete your mid-week de-stresser! Enjoy all of this in the cosy, candlelit space of London Velo.

Ellie, the founder of Grow Your Wings, has had a lifelong obsession with movement; falling in love with contemporary dance at a young age in which movement becomes a form of self-expression, then catching the travel bug as a backpacker in which movement allows you to explore the magnificent world around you and most recently finding yoga, the movement practice in which you can learn to appreciate and unify both yourself and the world around you.
Ellie has recently returned from three months in India working as an assitant at Sampoorna Yoga Teacher Training Centre where she also gained her 200hr YTTC in March 2017. She also has over 4 years experience teaching dance and fitness.
