Autumn has arrived, the temperature outside has grown cooler, it's time to get grounded and cozy!
The class starts with some meditation and breath work, followed by a warm up, transitioning into a slow vinyasa yoga flow, and wrapping up with a nice relaxation to get you ready for a relaxing weekend (or straight to the pub - no judgement!).
All levels are welcome, from first-timers to advanced yoga practitioners. Modifications, props and one-to-one assistance will be provided so that everyone can enjoy the class at their own pace.
Yoga mats and accessories (blocks, straps, etc) are available with no extra cost. The space is also equipped with changing facilities.
