Her 25 year career as a Registered nurse in boht the UK and Australia help to place her in a unique position to understand health concerns from both the medical and holistic viewpoint.
Passionate about the many benefits of Yoga, Massage and Reiki, Lesley creates a unique care plan for every client using a combination of several techniques.
As an enthusiastic teacher she offers courses and workshops on all aspects of health. Her belief is that 'Knowledge is Power', ensuring her clients have continued support and information, enabling them to make the best choices for a return to a balanced state of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
Lesley offers several classes, including classes for pregnancy, mum and baby, and those with issues with weight or illness. She runs chair based yoga.
One to one sessions are available as a 'one off' or as a series.
