Yvonne is British Wheel of Yoga trained. She holds mixed ability hatha yoga classes in Smallfield.

Yvonne is also trained in teaching Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs and teaches one to one private classes for all levels.

Yvonne also teaches a chair yoga classes in East Grinstead for those with less mobility, and those who have conditions such as ME, MS, who require a gentle form of exercise. Wheelchair users welcome to the class at the Jubilee Community Centre.
