This is a friendly class for anyone who finds it difficult to get down on the floor or get back up again.
Some of the class is done sitting on the chair and some standing using the chair for balance or support when needed.
It's good for anyone with mobility problems, stiffness, arthritis or MS.
Each session includes physical exercise, breathing practice and a guided relaxation to finish.
We all need to move to stay flexible and strong - come to this class and feel better!

I have been a student of Yoga for over 40 years and it has given me a very strong and calm inner self.
I've been teaching for Yoga 17 years and enjoy watching my students gradually gain awareness and control of body and mind. It's great to look round and see how the class is developing greater flexibility, strength and tone.
The peace we create at the end of a class during relaxation is really beautiful.
I trained with the Yoga for Health Foundation which built on my background as massage therapist and Reiki healer.
I also teach Reiki healing up to Master Teacher level and run Meditation Made Simple classes and an ongoing meditation group.
