Community and inclusion are at the heart of these sessions. We will move together to improve mobility, flexibility, and balance in a gentle and accessible way.
Chair yoga is suitable for everyone, but may be particularly appealing to those who do not want to get up and down off the floor, are dealing with pain or chronic conditions, or are looking to return to exercise after surgery or illness.

Jo is passionate about helping women in midlife & beyond find more joy and ease in their bodies and minds.
She shares relaxing yoga and empowering women's mindful strength training classes both online, and in person in Chippenham, Wiltshire, and Marshfield, South Gloucestershire.
If you wish to enjoy all of the benefits of yoga but have more specialist needs Jo runs private yoga sessions from her little garden studio in Chippenham, and Chair yoga classes for those who cannot easily get up and down off the floor.
Jo also runs unique events and retreats through Wise, Wild and Well. Join Jo & fellow teacher Jane for insightful yoga, delicious and nourishing food, and relaxation in nature.
Expect supportive and knowledgeable sessions from a senior yoga alliance registered teacher, and a friendly community of like-minded people.
