A welcoming, inclusive class offering a great way to improve and maintain functional movement, build strength and get all the wonderful benefits of yoga with the support of a chair. Suitable for all including those with limited mobility or for whom getting up/down from the floor is a challenge.

I discovered yoga as free weekly classes were offered by my then employer the local hospital. This was a complete change for me having spent the previous decade living quite an unhealthy lifestyle commuting to London. I loved these classes and soon noticed the benefits. Yoga has given me a greater awareness of my body and also an appreciation of what it can do. I teach a range of classes - yoga for runners, chair yoga, corporate sessions and one to ones.
