Chi Ball Yoga (mostly standing sequences using small pilates type balls to direct energy and flow). The class includes some mat (or chair) based stretches to start and finish. It is ideal for beginners, the less flexible and those with joint or balance issues looking for a fun, accessible class with a mature and understanding teacher. Optional social time afterwards in the forest centre cafe.

I teach in person and via zoom. My style of yoga is a gentle form of classic Hatha yoga combined with flowing Dru sequences - perfect for all abilities. Complete beginners can expect a warm welcome in my small and supportive classes. We begin with fun warm-ups followed by Energy Block Releases, sequences, body preps and postures in preparation for savasana (relaxation). Expect to leave my classes feeling refreshed, relaxed and blissed out. I also offer Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork, Chair Yoga and ESOL Yoga classes.
