A fun and active yet calming 45mins class for children. They will enjoy sounds, movements and story telling through Yoga poses. PAYG £6 per child or £5 with advanced block booking. Class dates Sundays 9-9:45am, November - 5, 12, 19, 26 & December - 3, 17.

Yoga is a great way to build strength and flexibility as well as creating a peaceful mind by utilising the breath. The active yet calming effect of Yoga is great for promoting positive mental and physical well being. All the Hatha Yoga based sessions work with the body, mind and breath.
