This 5-week course is designed to teach children yoga in a fun, engaging and non-competitive environment. Children will work on their strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination and attention through imaginative games, yoga sequences and group and partner work. They will learn self-love, self-belief and the importance of showing kindness to themselves and others, as well as learning healthy anxiety and stress coping mechanisms.

The Yoga House is a cosy yoga and pilates studio in the heart of Crossgates, our aim is to build a down to earth, supportive yoga community, where everyone feels at home. We offer a variety of classes, courses and workshops to help you move, breathe and relax. Our aim is to make yoga accessible for all; we have a range of beginners classes and courses for those starting out on their yoga journey, as well as children's yoga, men's yoga, fitness based yoga, gentle yoga, and yoga for living with cancer.
