My name is Kathy, I grew up in the South of France, surrounded by the Vineyards and the Garrigue, by the Mediterranean Sea.
I have been a yoga practitioner for 19 years. I am a fully qualified Yoga Teacher and a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher. I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga.
My approach to teaching Yoga follows the tradition of Thirumalai Krishnamacharya, who is the father of modern Yoga, and his son T.K.V Desikachar. Both made Yoga accessible to all.
I teach Yoga in the village of Pyrford, Surrey. My classes are small, with up to 7 students and I also propose private classes. The one to one class is very beneficial for someone new to yoga or someone in need of extra care and personal advice, from time to time or on a regular basis.
