Friendly, supportive, All Levels classes include an exploration of yoga poses and connection to the breath. Soothe sore hips, loosen lower backs and release those tight shoulders! Plenty of options given to ensure that you can work at your own pace and make the practice your own. We follow a different theme each term so you are always learning and keep progressing. She shares relaxing yoga and empowering women's mindful strength training classes both online, and in person in Chippenham, Wiltshire, and Marshfield, South Gloucestershire.
If you wish to enjoy all of the benefits of yoga but have more specialist needs Jo runs private yoga sessions from her little garden studio in Chippenham, and Chair yoga classes for those who cannot easily get up and down off the floor.
Jo also runs unique events and retreats through Wise, Wild and Well. Join Jo & fellow teacher Jane for insightful yoga, delicious and nourishing food, and relaxation in nature.
Expect supportive and knowledgeable sessions from a senior yoga alliance registered teacher, and a friendly community of like-minded people.
