Couples Go To Yoga is a mindful yoga class designed to heal and strengthen your connection with your partner, away from the stresses of everyday life. Classes are delivered by my partner and I, both fully qualified yoga instructors, in a non-pressurised environment.

‘Go To Yoga’ arose out of a need for me, (martial artist, hands on mum, partner, (was) school teacher) to do what it says on the tin, Go To Yoga, but when? How? Why?
I found I never had the time, and I also really wanted my child to do yoga too but couldn’t find anything nearby or suitable. I also really wanted to do yoga with my partner, and yoga for myself! I therefore set about creating yoga classes that I would want to Go To.
There are so many different reasons people come to and need yoga and Go To Yoga seeks to build up to offering a variety of classes to fulfil those needs. I have started off with classes tailored to fighters (be that boxing, or any other form of martial art), young children and their parents/grandparents/carers (see the ‘Families Go To Yoga’ class details) and couples (see the ‘Couples Go To Yoga’ class details) as I will be teaching what I myself both need and know most.
Yoga can have a huge impact on and benefit to the martial artist. Myself and my partner (an experienced yoga teacher) have developed a yoga system which aims to increase flexibility, improve focus and condition the body.
If you are reading this then I imagine you already know the huge benefits that both yoga and bonding time can have within families and partnerships. I certainly have felt the benefit and would sincerely like to share this with others.
