Come and join us in the beautiful village of Crondall, opposite the Norman church with the Jacobean brick tower. I run a mini-bus service from Farnham . Usually we have about half a dozen attendees with abilities ranging from beginner to several decades worth of experience. The age range is similarly wide. Everyone enjoys the diversity, and the Iyengar style I use fits perfectly.
We start with gentle stretches, and might do some work with a few sequences, or work more on our standing poses. Sometimes, the braver amongst us might ask me to take them up into a headstand against the wall. We always finish with relaxation, possibly with some guided meditation or breathing exercises. Afterwards I make everyone a cup of yogi tea
