Friendly approachable Yoga for all abilities

Hello I'm Ruth, I’m 39 (and a bit years old) and I live in Farnham with my husband and little boy. I had my first taste of Yoga 10 years ago, from a DVD I bought after I was too afraid to go to a class on my own. Since then I have attended many Yoga classes and along the way discovered what I like and don’t like about Yoga. Last year I decided to take the leap and become a Yoga teacher so that I can parcel up what I think are the best bits of Yoga (I'm partial to a Sun salutation and I love a great relaxation) and deliver them to you in a handy bite sized chunk. That way you can hopefully enjoy Yoga, become fitter, more toned and healthier as a result. Not forgetting the lovely relaxation part which is a great workout for your mind!
