Wednesdays 18:10 - 19:50, 13th September - 18th October
The class starts with mindful, calm, balanced and measured movement without self-judgement. No struggling. No straining. No striving. Moving with the breath as a guide. Slowing down into restorative poses to help let go of tension in the body and promote relaxation.
This 6 week course can be attended as a block or as drop-in.
