Small, friendly Hatha Yoga classes in Purley. These are weekly classes working on breathing, postures, meditation and relaxation. Please bring a mat if you have one and a blanket for relaxation.

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and have a BWY diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga. Classes are suitable for all abilities with a focus on breath awareness and wellbeing.
