Dru yoga are for all ages, size and ability. You dont have to be able to touch your toes! or even be flexible. Dru can be practiced as gently or as dynamic as you wish 🕉 🧘♀️🧘♂️
The flowing movements- energy block release sequences, along with specific breath technique connect body and mind, reducing stress, anxiety, strengthening, toning, helping relief stiff muscles and joints. Leaving you with a sense of Wellbeing.

Hello I'm Sharon a qualified Dru Yoga teacher. My life changed when I was diagnosed with M.E chronic fatigue, Fibromyalgia and PTSD and through the theraputic style of Dru Yoga I have transformed my health and wellbeing.
