Lucy’s interest is in the therapeutic role of yoga. She has practised yoga regularly since 2000 and has integrated aspects of yoga philosophy and practice into her work as a massage therapist since 2004. In order to explore these two disciplines further, Lucy became a certified practitioner of Thai Yoga Massage in 2007 and subsequently formally trained as a yoga teacher in 2008. Lucy also holds qualifications in Infant Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Pregnancy Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Lucy’s classes tend to be relaxed and gentle with an emphasis on mindfulness and conscious breathing and are suitable for all abilities. “The important thing is to practice with awareness and listen to what your body is telling you.” Please see our website for class / workshop times and booking information.
