Dru Meditation takes you through a systematic process of gentle movements, deep relaxation. breath work and 'sitting' using a variety of techniques. The benefits of a meditation practice are very well documented and include improved physical, emotional and mental health. The practices also work towards developing an inner awareness of the true nature of our being.

I am a registered teacher of Dru Yoga, a style of yoga suitable for all ages and abilities.
