A gentle class containing soft, flowing movements, together with breathing and deep relaxation to encourage both the mind and body to repair and renew.
It is suitable for anyone regardless of age, ability or experience.

As a graduate of the International School of Dru Yoga, and holder of Birthlight Baby Yoga Diploma I teach a variety of classes around Stockport. As welI as my regular adult class, I specialise in teaching pre-natal, mother and baby classes and yoga for early parenthood.
