Dru Yoga is gentle, flowing and stimulating. It works with YOUR body to improve flexibility and promote health and well-being. During classes Jan will offer modifications to suit any ability and level of fitness
Classes are run in half termly blocks, usually six or seven weeks and block bookings can be made in advance
Jan also runs an online session on Monday mornings 8.30 until 9.30
