Dru yoga is characterised by soft, flowing sequences, traditional asanas with careful body preparations and deep relaxation. It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities as we work through postures in stages. It is often described as a therapeutic style of yoga, working very deeply on all levels: physical, emotional, mental etc.

I am a registered teacher of Dru Yoga, a style of yoga suitable for all ages and abilities. My classes offer gentle yet deeply effective physical movements often in beautiful flowing sequences, classic asanas, deep relaxation and my students tell me that they feel restored and rejuvenated at the end of the class!
