Ziba Bayley teaches a prana - vinyasa flow yoga, rooted in the breath, the ancient yogic text - the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the subsequent teachings of Krishnamacharya.
Ziba's classes are enriching, intuitive and immersive, founded in a deep respect for each other and with a clear path to self acceptance. "By honouring our own uniqueness, we learn to truly embrace ourselves, our creative gifts and offer them fearlessly to the world."
Ziba began practicing Ashtanga yoga 6 years ago then trained in the Aquarian practice of Kundalini before teacher training in Vinyasa Flow yoga with the wonderful Claire Missingham and mentored in meditation by Dr Lorin Roche author of the Radiance Sutras his beautiful translation of the ancient hindu sutras The Bhairava Tantra. Inspired by her time at the Bhava Yoga Centre, Vermont - for it's yogic practices. Ziba's journey brought her to leave her fast paced life of the commercial world to her beloved Swami Manishanandaji 1008. Ziba's dharma is to offer yoga in a setting of yogic principles in an accepting atmosphere. She currently offers private classes only.
