Our Dynamic Flow Yoga classes are designed to capture the essence of yoga. Based on the principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa, we practice continuous, flowing sequences of postures co-ordinating each movement with breath awareness. Our mixed ability classes are suitable for those with a good level of general fitness and preferably some experience of yoga (although beginners are welcome too). We offer adjustments and modifications throughout the class to ensure all students enjoy the practice at their own pace.
YumiYoga teachers are fully qualified yoga professionals having trained extensively with British Wheel of Yoga, Yoga Alliance and REPS.

I am a fully qualified yoga instructor and member of British Wheel of Yoga, Birthlight, International Association of Infant Massage, Yoga Alliance, FEDANT (Federation of Antenatal Educators) and REPS. I have been teaching yoga in Greenwich since 2003 and specialise in Dynamic Flow Yoga, Yoga for Pregnancy, Birth Preparation Workshops, Hypnobirthing, Baby Massage and Postnatal Yoga for Mother and Baby.
My style of teaching is encouraging and nurturing. I don't believe that one style of yoga fit all, so I ensures that my classes are adaptable and accessible in order to suit any level of ability or experience.
