Sian is a Vinyasa Flow teacher, accredited with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
She took her first yoga lesson in the nineties. At that time she was a litigation partner in a City of London law firm
and her life was jam packed and stressful. Yoga was her refuge. It gave her space to let go and time to breathe
whilst demanding the strength and flexibility she enjoyed.
Sian teaches creative sequences with philosophy, history and humour woven in. She wants her
students to challenge themselves, have fun and above all, to appreciate their wonderful bodies and
their amazing minds.
